The project "Sabinosa: A Living Museum", promoted by the Ethnographic Association Sabinosa un Sentimiento, proposes the integral transformation of the town of Sabinosa into the first open-air ethnographic museum of El Hierro. This initiative aims to rescue, restore and enhance its cultural heritage, articulating a route composed of more than 15 restored ethnographic spaces, living testimonies of the historical identity of the municipality.

The proposal is based on a sustainable cultural tourism model that prioritizes authenticity, community participation and the transmission of the traditional legacy. Beyond heritage conservation, the project seeks to invigorate the local economy by creating opportunities in the cultural and tourist fields, contributing to mitigate depopulation and strengthening social cohesion.

Sabinosa is also projected as an innovative reference in wealth management, where public-private collaboration is essential to consolidate a replicable model in the Canary Islands. This "living museum" aims to offer visitors an immersive experience that connects past and present, positioning Sabinosa and El Hierro on the international map of quality cultural tourism.

In short, "Sabinosa: A Living Museum" not only preserves the legacy of generations, but also promotes a sustainable future based on the identity, creativity and collective feeling of an entire people.
